Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement forward-thinking sales strategies for the real estate industry
  • Build powerful client relationships and open new markets across South Africa
  • Hunt for new business opportunities while strengthening key account growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape TVA's commercial roadmap
  • Deliver performance insights, pipeline forecasts, and growth strategies to the Executive Team
  • Drive initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and enhance client retention

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Experienced with at least 5 years in sales and commercial strategy roles, ideally within PropTech, SaaS, or real estate
  • Degree-qualified in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or Marketing (MBA a plus)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Commercially astute, strategic, and results-driven
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM and BI tools to drive data-informed decisions
  • A relationship builder and natural networker with a track record of closing deals
  • A confident leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Extroverted, energetic, and passionate about transforming the property industry
